ETS Group Training packages include up to 10* weekly structured group training sessions, aimed at boosting race performance, while also improving physical and mental health. 

These sessions offer a fun and inclusive social atmosphere that is not only motivating and supportive, but also conducive to improving athletic performance via the consistent maintenance of an efficient and effective training routine. 

The upcoming ETS Group Training weekly schedule is posted in the the group Whatsapp chat at the beginning of each week, with specific details of each session posted the day prior to each session.
